One capsule contains: griffonia seed extract (Griffonia simplicifolia) at 10%, 5-HTP, marine magnesium, escholtzia (Eschscholtzia californica) aerial part, valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) ), niacin, piperine black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), vitamin B6. Excipient.

The capsule coating is marine gelatin.
