Java lemongrass essential oil: powerful insect repellent, Java lemongrass essential oil helps repel mosquitoes and ants.
Lemongrass essential oil: moderate insect repellent, its delicate and subtle fragrance brings softness to synergy.
True lavender essential oil: known to act against moths in cupboards, lavender essential oil gives the synergy its characteristic floral scent.
Bourbon geranium essential oil: all-round insect repellent, bourbon geranium essential oil is effective against all flying and crawling insects.

Composition: CYMBOPOGON WINTERIANUS HERB OIL, LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA OIL, CYMBOPOGON FLEXUOSUS OIL, PELARGONIUM GRAVEOLENS OIL, GERANIOL*, CITRONELLOL*, LINALOOL*, CITRAL*, LIMONENE*.* Naturally present in essential oils.

HOW TO USE IT ?

In diffusion: usable in an ultrasonic, nebulizing, gentle heat diffuser or on a pebble. Diffuse 4 to 6 drops of the synergy depending on the size of the room and the type of diffuser used. To do so, refer to our file “How to choose the right essential oil diffuser” or to the pages of our website on the different diffusers. It is possible to diffuse this synergy 2 to 3 times a day for 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can also diffuse 4 to 6 drops of this synergy in the evening, for 2 to 3 hours continuously on a terrace or in a well-ventilated area to repel mosquitoes and flying or crawling insects.
Burner and candles: it is not recommended to place a few drops of this synergy above the flame of a candle or to heat them for diffusion. Indeed, essential oils, if they are heated excessively, release toxic and ineffective compounds resulting from the deterioration of the aromatic molecules they contain.

“USEFUL IN CASE OF” – OUR PHARMACIST’S OPINION

Citronellal, contained in significant quantities in Java lemongrass essential oil, is THE flagship aromatic molecule for repelling mosquitoes and other flying or crawling insects. Bourbon geranium also has insect repellent properties thanks to the presence of geraniol and citronellol in its composition. Complete and effective, this synergy releases a pleasant lemony scent.
